Grease Trap Cleaning for the Brenham State Supported Living Center.

The required services include labor, management, tools, specialized vacuum equipment, and transportation to pump, clean, and service designated grease interceptors or traps. The contractor must ensure zero discharge of intercepted waste, completely evacuate all liquid and solids, scrape and wash interior walls, clear inlet and outlet piping, prevent spills, and properly reassemble components. All collected waste must be transported via licensed vacuum trucks and disposed of at a TCEQ-permitted facility with a signed manifest. Services are to be performed monthly and quarterly at specified buildings (e.g., Building 504, 505, 506, 503, 507, 509, 523, 538) with varying gallon capacities. The contractor must comply with manufacturer's specifications, DSHS and TAC regulations, and maintain a detailed manifest per TCEQ requirements.
