The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) on behalf of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) seeks a qualified Respondent to provide Independent Verification and Validation Services (IV&V) for Case Management Transformation. The awarded Contractor will work in coordination with DPFS and DFPS Vendors for the duration of the Information Management Protecting Adults and Children in Texas (IMPACT) system replacement project currently called the “Project.”
The awarded Contractor will serve as an independent advisor throughout the Project, performing reviews and providing expertise in project management and reports, project-wide processes, and environment, architecture, processes, and products. Services include developing and maintaining a project work plan and schedule, assessing project performance SLAs, providing initial, weekly, monthly executive, and final IV&V reports, and assessing various plans such as risk management, scope management, change management, quality assurance, organizational change management, project management, integrated project schedule, project staffing, project organizational structure, maintenance and operations, documentation for federal and state entities, requirements management, training, test plans, user acceptance test plans, configuration management, defect management, coding, data cleansing, data conversion and migration, database design, detailed design, release management, system security, system capacity and platform, and system performance.
