Brand Ambassadors Program

Workforce Solutions Borderplex is seeking professional contractors to launch a new Solutions Guides program aimed at improving the quality of their public interactions. These brand ambassadors will travel across far West Texas to ensure that government services are delivered with clarity, empathy, and consistency. Rather than acting as supervisors, the selected individuals will coach staff and refine communication materials to create a more human-centered experience for job seekers.

The contract is scheduled to begin in September 2026 and requires candidates with expertise in communications or customer experience. Interested parties must submit their qualifications and pricing through the organization's bidding software by the established deadline. This initiative represents a strategic shift from a purely bureaucratic service model to one focused on accessible, guided solutions for the community.
