Through this Request for Offer (“RFO”), the Texas Department of Information Resources(“DIR”) seeks to procure a vendor for Managed Network Services (“MNS”) to be provided to eligible DIR Customers through DIR’s Shared Technology Services (“STS”) program. DIR invites interested parties that meet the RFO qualifications to submit proposals regarding their solutions and related service offerings (the submitting parties “Respondents” and the submissions“Responses”). All information shall be submitted in the format stipulated in this RFO.
