Texas Parksand Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids for refuse and trashcollection, removal, and disposal services for San Angelo State Park located at3900 Mercedes St., Ste 2, San Angelo, Texas 76901 in accordance with the attached specificationsand terms and conditions dated August 2026.
The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and methods of communication necessary to collect, remove, and dispose of refuse and trash from containers at San Angelo State Park. Services include routine weekly and bi-weekly pickups of various container sizes (4 cubic yard, 2 cubic yard, and 40 cubic yard roll-off), as well as as-needed pickups. The contractor must furnish, install, set in place, and maintain trash containers, adjust quantities and pick-up frequency as directed by TPWD, and ensure containers are leak-proof, insect and rodent resistant, and in good condition. The contractor is also responsible for disposal of contents in a government approved landfill, maintaining cleanliness of container areas, and providing necessary maintenance and replacement of containers.
