The consultant will provide civil engineering services including studies, reports, preliminary construction cost estimates, measurements and project analysis; preparation of reports with schematic plans and photographic documentation of existing building conditions; recommendations for additions, remodeling, replacement or new construction with cost analysis; design services from preliminary design through working drawings and specifications for new construction and renovation projects; general contract administration including on-site inspection during construction; and general consulting services for project management and program management. Services of sub-consultants may be required, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil consultants as necessary to fulfill the assignment.
