Fire Alarm System Upgrade
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, programming, engineering, permits, inspections, and documentation necessary to complete the project. The scope includes design and permitting, design drawings, electrical work, pull stations, ceiling mounted notification devices, plenum-rated concealed wiring, fire stopping, labeling, use of existing conduit where possible, Class A or Class X wiring, programming TSU Graphics, removal and demolition of the existing system, coordination with integrated systems vendors, pre-testing, acceptance testing, as-built documentation, 8 hours of on-site training, a minimum 1-year warranty, and patch and paint work. The contractor must provide and install a Simplex 4007ES Fire Alarm System for Transformation Village Multiple Buildings (Clubhouse Bldg. 1 and Buildings 2 through 15), including new WP NEMA enclosures and all peripheral devices in a 1-for-1 manner.
