Financial Planning & Advisory Services

The Respondent shall provide qualified personnel and professional advisory services related to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Services may include financial planning and forecasting (e.g., developing a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast, annual operating cash flow forecasts, forecasting methodologies), long-range financial modeling (e.g., integrated five-year and thirty-year financial planning models, scenario analyses), budget and capital planning (e.g., standardized budget request templates, Capital Improvement Plan templates), and a financial planning framework (e.g., standardized methodologies, planning calendars, knowledge transfer).
