The vendor must provide Poll Everywhere, an enterprise-grade, cloud-based audience response and engagement platform that enables TxDOT staff to conduct real-time polls, surveys, quizzes, and interactive activities. The solution supports live polling, data visualization, response analytics, and audience participation through web and mobile interfaces, including a PowerPoint plug-in. The vendor must perform initial account setup, configuration, and provisioning of enterprise user access. Deliverables include an active annual enterprise software subscription, unlimited poll creation and usage, user account credentials and administrative access, standard product documentation, and support and maintenance services for the subscription period.
