The vendor must provide HVR Licenses, ongoing maintenance, and support services to ensure the software remains functional, secure and up to date. Tasks include installation, initial setup, configuration, developing reports, configuring and deploying standard workflows, providing standard product maintenance and support, following patching/upgrade processes, and providing support documentation. Deliverables include valid software licenses, license keys, updated and patched software, support logs, performance reports, product documentation, an initial load and synchronization report, and knowledge transfer and training materials. The vendor must also provide standard functional and system user training at no additional cost.
