To provide services for pest control services at various TxDOT locations within the San Angelo District (Highway District 07) to include, but be limited to, offices, maintenance facilities, and warehouses. This is a re-advertisement of Solicitation No. 601340000066801. NOTE: All information or changes related to this solicitation will be posted on this website. Respondents should monitor this website for any addendums, additional documents, questions and answers, or changes. The opening date specified on this posting is the due date for submittal of responses. Response submittals will not be accepted after the opening date and time.
The vendor will provide monthly comprehensive pest control treatment—both interior and exterior—for common pests including crawling insects, flying insects, spiders, and rodents at 16 TxDOT locations in the San Angelo District. Services must be performed under the supervision of a licensed Certified Applicator, with an initial site inspection and site-specific treatment plan for each facility, written notices of scheduled treatments, monthly service reports, and callback services for reinfestations within 30 days at no additional cost. The vendor must also provide additional pest control services upon request (capped at $10,000 without approval) within three business days, and must conduct background checks and driver license checks on personnel.
