The contractor will supply joint sealers and tools as specified in the solicitation, with delivery to 135 Slaton Road, Lubbock, TX 79404-5201. The contract is for goods only, with estimated quantities provided for bid comparison. Delivery must be made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. The contractor must use pre-qualified joint sealers from the TxDOT Material Producer List or submit alternative items with product literature and specification information for approval.
