The vendor must provide turnkey cleaning of two Duraco Model 8250 above-ground tanks of approximately 8,000 gallons each, Serial No. 80772 and Serial No. 80747, including complete removal of residual asphalt, sludge, sediment and other accumulated material estimated at 4 to 6 inches per tank, furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, approved cleaning compounds and materials to restore interiors for continued liquid-asphalt storage, commencing work within 10 business days of written authorization during Business Hours and providing required safety equipment, project scheduling, quality assurance and warranties.
