Web-based solution toprocess applications, claims, track compliance, perform reviews, etc., tomanage twelve (12) United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) federalnutrition programs.
The contractor must provide hosting, maintenance, ad hoc reporting support, and enhancement of TDA's web-based application, TX-UNPS. Responsibilities include maintaining the current system in full compliance with federal laws and USDA regulations, supporting state-operated Food and Nutrition Programs, maintaining all existing and new data, providing software maintenance and project management support, maintaining system hardware and operating systems, ensuring development and test environments are operational, maintaining the system application and database, providing access to the Data Warehouse database, providing system support including training and documentation, ensuring the production environment is functional, and ensuring user security administrative data integrates with single sign-on. Deliverables include Maintenance Services, Hosting Services, Data Encryption, Ad Hoc Reports, System Enhancement, Project Management Support, USDA Regular Maintenance, and Other Support Activities. The contractor must also provide quarterly management reports, weekly status reports, biweekly calls, and maintain an issue tracking system.
