Austin Electrical Service Power Installation

The contractor must install a new 400a single phase 120/240v overhead service to serve a new portable building, including an electrical panel capable of installing at least 4 – 100a 2 pole bolt in style breakers. The contractor is responsible for all coordination, permitting, inspections, and engineering with the City of Austin and Austin Energy. Work includes planning and sequencing to accommodate ongoing operations, securing work areas, coordinating parking lot usage weekly, disposing of debris, and providing an operational demonstration. The contractor must provide a project schedule within 20 days of receipt of the contract and respond to emergencies within two hours. A one-year warranty covering 100% of new material and labor costs is required.
