Texas A&M University-Kingsville ("TAMUK") is seeking qualifications from experienced consulting firms to provide Athletic Facilities Development and Revenue Generation Consulting Services. The University is interested in developing a long-term athletic facilities master plan and identifying viable funding, partnership, and implementation strategies to support phased facility improvements.

The University seeks a qualified consultant to assist with the evaluation of existing and future athletic facilities, sponsorship opportunities, naming rights opportunities, revenue-generating initiatives, and financing alternatives that may support future athletic facility improvements.

The selected consultant shall work collaboratively with University leadership, Athletics, Finance, Advancement, and other designated stakeholders to identify opportunities that maximize the value of athletic assets and provide recommendations regarding implementation strategies and potential future procurement opportunities. This RFQ is intended to identify qualified firms capable of providing professional consulting services and strategic recommendations. Pricing is not requested at this stage.
