The City of Lubbock and Citibus are soliciting competitive sealed proposals from highly experienced and professional contractors for the purchase and delivery of bulk fuel - gasoline and diesel.
The Contractor will supply bulk unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel upon demand, including branded or unbranded Unleaded Gasoline, No. 2 Dyed Diesel, and No. 2 Clear Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (15 ppm). The Contractor is responsible for delivering fuel to various storage tank locations, maintaining fuel tanks and dispensing equipment, and installing EPA approved spill containment devices. The Contractor must also develop a fuel delivery schedule, a reconciliation process for volume discrepancies, hazardous waste spill and emergency procedures, and work with City personnel on document processing.
