Sealed responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Williamson County Purchasing Office located at 1848 Texas Trail, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on October 1st, 2026 at 10:00 AM CST.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held on September 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Williamson County Purchasing Office.

The successful respondent on a public works contract exceeding $25,000 will be required to post a payment bond, up to the full amount of the contract, upon contract execution from an approved Surety Company. The successful respondent on a public works contract exceeding $100,000 will be required to post a performance bond, up to the full amount of the contract, upon execution from an approved Surety Company.
