Leadership Development & Cultural Transformation Services

The contractor will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the organization's current improvement-related structures, activities, and performance, including a senior leadership team self-assessment, on-site observation, and interviews. They will provide a flexible, train-the-trainer coaching model to build internal capability for sustaining a principle-based culture, including onsite and virtual coaching sessions, individual and small group Personal Development A3 coaching, and support for leader transformation. Additionally, the contractor will provide an executive-focused engagement to ground senior leaders in the principles, behaviors, and systems of organizational excellence, including site visit experiences and defining the role of improvement coaches as advisors to the executive leadership team.
