Workforce Solutions (WFS) is requesting quotes from firms or individuals, or a combination of, to perform Facilitator Services.
The facilitator shall design and facilitate four quarterly staff development sessions during the contract year to approximately 35 employees, including management staff. Sessions will be held on site at the Workforce Solutions conference room located at 3101 West US Hwy 83, McAllen, TX 78501. Each session should be approximately 2 hours in length and include facilitated discussion, interactive team exercises, practical workplace applications, opportunities for employee participation, and action planning. Sessions should emphasize behavioral change. Facilitation topics include Organizational Culture (Accountability, Workplace Relationships, Employee Engagement), Communication (Effective Workplace Communication, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Active Listening), and Team Effectiveness (Collaboration, Adaptability, Leadership at Every Level). The RFQ is for a quote/proposal to provide four individual quarterly workshops with proposed dates in December 2026, March 2027, May 2027, and September 2027.
