Solid Waste and Recycling

The contractor will provide all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, and consumables necessary for trash collection, solid waste disposal, recycling services, and heavy trash/roll-off services at HCC properties. Services include furnishing and delivering containers, collecting and transporting solid waste and recyclable materials on scheduled frequencies (e.g., weekly waste pickup, monthly recycling pickup), and providing roll-off containers on an as-needed basis. The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, provide an assessment of HCC's current waste management program within 90 days of award, and coordinate with the outgoing service provider for a seamless transition.
