The Brazos River Authority (BRA) is soliciting bids from qualified waste collection and disposalContractors to enter into a solid waste disposal agreement.
The contractor shall provide all supervision, equipment, labor, and items necessary to provide Possum Kingdom Lake with complete refuse collection, removal, and disposal. Services include weekly collection of front-load dumpsters, collection of 40-yard roll-offs and compactor containers within three days of notification, and disposal at a TCEQ-compliant landfill or transfer facility. The contractor must self-perform 100% of the work, furnish all trucks and equipment, and comply with TAC Chapter 330 rules. The service area includes approximately 39 containers at BRA operational sites, with collection on Mondays and additional days around holiday weekends.
