Contractor agrees to provide Landscaping and Mowing Services at sites listed in Exhibit A. The work shall consist of furnishing all labor personnel, equipment, services, and appliances required for the delivery of lawn and ground maintenance services described herein. The BRA reserves the right to award all facilities or individually, as such bids should be prepared accordingly.
