Request for Proposals for Bond and Disclosure Legal Counsel Services

The Successful Respondent shall serve as bond and/or disclosure counsel for each issuance of the Notes. Services include assisting in making presentations to the Comptroller, state leadership staff or the State Cash Management Committee related to the issuance of Notes; preparing or assisting in preparing the Comptroller's disclosure documents; and other tasks as directed by the Comptroller.
