Texas Tech University (“TTU”) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms (“Respondent”) to conduct a comprehensive review of TTU's major software investments, associated business processes, operational workflows, integrated enterprise software utilization, and organizational efficiencies. The objective is to identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, eliminate redundancies, optimize technology investments, reduce costs, enhance customer service, improve student experience, and support strategic decision-making.
The consultant will perform a current state assessment including stakeholder interviews, workshops, process mapping, document reviews, and system utilization assessments; a business process review covering Enrollment Management, Marketing & Communications, and Advancement; an enterprise technology and software portfolio assessment identifying duplicate software and cost-saving opportunities; a Salesforce assessment covering architecture, adoption, governance, integration, and reporting; benchmarking against peer institutions; and future state recommendations with an implementation roadmap. Deliverables include a project work plan, current state and software rationalization reports, a Salesforce utilization assessment, a benchmarking report, a final strategic recommendations report, and an executive presentation.
