The selected firm will conduct a comprehensive sponsorship asset inventory across academic, administrative, student-facing, auxiliary, and business units; develop a transparent valuation methodology using market benchmarks; assess opportunities for a coordinated interior and exterior signage network; deliver an exportable database of all identified assets and valuations; and provide a 12- to 24-month implementation roadmap. The work includes on-campus observations, stakeholder interviews, and an executive readout and knowledge transfer session.
