Brand and model specified are for illustrative purposes only. Equivalents may be considered. If bidding an
equivalent, vendor should provide the following:
- Manufacturer, Model number, and a detailed specification sheet. Agency will have final determination on
equivalency.

Executive Order GA-48 Supplier Certification - Respondent certifies:
that pursuant to Executive Order GA-48, Hardening of State Government, Respondent is not and, if
applicable, none of its holding companies or subsidiaries are a) listed in Section 889 of the 2019 National
Defense Authorization Act (“NDAA”) regarding telecommunications and video surveillance; b) listed in
Section 1260H of the 2021 NDAA regarding Chinese military companies in the US; c) owned by the
government of a country on the U.S. Department of Commerce's foreign adversaries list under 15 C.F.R. §
791.4 (“15 C.F.R. § 791.4 List”); or d) controlled by any governing or regulatory body located in a country
on the 15 C.F.R. § 791.4 List. Respondent acknowledges that a false certification is grounds for immediate
termination of any resulting contract or purchase order with no further obligation on the part of A&M
System.

Equivalent Items
Items specified on this invitation for bid are for illustrative purposes only. Any specifications listed are
minimum specifications only and equivalent products may be considered. If bidding an equivalent, bidder
shall include descriptive literature including model number and manufacturer with return bid response.
Failure to do so may result in the disqualification of your bid.
3.
Warranty-
All items specified within this document must be warranted against defective materials, workmanship and
failures for a minimum of twelve (12) months after delivery and acceptance. Warranty includes all parts and
labor.
4. Export Control-
Vendor must notify Texas A&M if any products are export controlled. Items not indicated as such shall be
considered and treated as non-controlled items.
5.
Shipping - FOB Destination
Shipping to be FOB Destination:
College Station, TX
Shipping must be specified if not included in the item price(s).
Shipping will not be allowed / approved if not specified in the bid response.

Best Value -
In addition to low price, agency will consider best value, which includes the following: *quality, availability,
and adaptability of materials, supplies, or equipment required *scope of conditions attached to bid *ability,
capacity and skill of bidder *prompt service, goods delivered within time allowed *character, responsibility,
reputation, and experience of bidder *quality of performance of previous service *financial stability *ability

7. T&C's- As a vendor responding to this invitation upon submission of your response, regardless of the
format of your submission, you and the entity you represent are agreeing to the terms and conditions
presented here as well as the attached Agency Terms and Conditions.
8. Delivery Time- Length of delivery time may be a factor in the award of the bid. Bidders must give estimated
delivery time.
9. Payment Terms are to be Net 30.
