Electrical work includes replacing existing UPS units with a new 40KVA UPS, removing and installing new lighting, and providing new UPS and emergency electrical panels. Technology & Security work includes building out a new Comm Room with new racks and cable ladder, moving existing cables and equipment, providing new fiber and CAT-6 cables, and coordinating with DTMB, Keefe, JPAY, MDOC Radio group, and GTL/Viapath.
