Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of new sanitary sewer mains, sanitary lift station facilities, cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) sanitary sewer lining, and water main improvements within the Woodland Correctional Facility, including associated excavation, utility modifications, roadway and pavement restoration, grading, site restoration, testing, startup, and commissioning necessary to deliver a complete and operational system. The work includes two trenchless crossings below East M-36 using jack-and-bore construction methods, launching and receiving pits with temporary shoring, and grouting of the annulus. Work must comply with soil erosion and sedimentation control requirements under Part 91 of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act.
