Renovation work under Bid Package 05 includes Masonry, Carpentry and General Trades, Metal Roofing and Wall Panels, Aluminum, Glass and Glazing, Drywall and Related Interior Trades, Special Coatings, Painting and Wallcovering, Mechanical, Plumbing and Building Electrical. Triangle Associates, Inc. acts as owner's constructor and will hold all subcontract agreements for the project designed by Kingscott Associates.
