Cedar Crest Elementary HVAC Upgrades
The project includes demolition of existing horizontal unit ventilators and associated accessories; furnishing and installing new horizontal unit ventilators (HUV-1, HUV-2, HUV-3) with hot water and DX cooling, new air-cooled condensing units (ACCU-1, ACCU-2) on the roof, new switchboard and distribution panelboards, new electrical service from Consumers Energy, new conduit and conductors, new fire alarm system work, new flooring infill at unit ventilator locations, and all associated piping, ductwork, controls, testing, and balancing. Work is to be performed during Summer Break 2027 with substantial completion by August 9, 2027.
