Remove and dispose approximately 3,780 sq. ft. of existing VCT flooring, inspect the concrete slab for flatness with minor leveling, prepare the substrate per manufacturer specifications, and furnish and install Tarkett Sports Indoor Omnisports Multi-Use vinyl sports flooring in Blue Maple or approved equal with heat-welded seams, adhesives and finishing, plus basketball and volleyball game-line painting, vinyl wall base and transitions, freight and handling, dust and odor control, final walkthrough, warranty and maintenance documentation, and cleanup.
