The contractor shall provide necessary labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision for roof replacement services at Burton International Academy, Davison Elementary, Golightly Educational Center, Pasteur Elementary, and Wayne Elementary. The work includes total roof replacement of all areas identified in the project scope, roof removal and substrate preparation, providing a tapered polyisocyanurate insulation system, a 1/2-inch high density polyiso cover board, and a fully-adhered, nominal 60-mil EPDM roof system. The contractor must also provide EPDM and sheet metal flashings, sealants, and perform pre-construction and post-construction testing of all roof drains. All work shall be completed from June 1, 2027 to August 14, 2027.
