The contractor shall supply and install a fully enclosed single bay greenhouse that meets local building code requirements including wind and snow load requirements. The base proposal must include sealed engineered drawings for structural design, exhaust fans, shutters, shade system, evaporative cooling system, heating system, air flow fans, emergency lighting/exit signs/fire extinguishers, automatic temperature control system, hanging basket rails, and grow lights. The contractor is required to apply for and pay for any and all permits required from the County, State and any governing agency with jurisdiction, and shall be responsible for cleaning up all debris. The contractor may include alternate pricing for greenhouse benches in addition to the base proposal.
