The bidder must provide moving services from the existing classroom wing into the new classroom wing at Clarkston Junior High School, as described in the plans and specifications prepared by GMB Architecture and Engineering. Bids must be submitted electronically through PreconSuite or as a hardcopy in duplicate on the forms furnished in the Project Manual, sealed in an opaque envelope marked with the bidder's name and project name. A bid bond or cashier's check of at least 5% of the proposal is required for bids over $31,321. Successful bidders with proposals of $50,000 or more must furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the bid.
