Monroe Welcome Center Janitorial
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services (including daily restroom cleaning, lobby maintenance, trash removal, and periodic deep cleaning), grounds maintenance (including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, flower bed planting and maintenance, spring and fall cleanup, and aeration), and snow/ice removal (including plowing entrance ramps, parking areas, and exit ramps; shoveling walkways; and applying deicer). The work is performed at the Monroe Welcome Center Rest Area #823 located on NB I-75 near Mile Marker 10. The contract term is 3 years with two optional 1-year renewals.
