Davisburg Rest Area Janitorial, Grounds, Snow Services
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services (including daily restroom cleaning, lobby maintenance, grounds cleaning, and seasonal tasks), grounds maintenance (including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, aeration, spring and fall cleanup, and annual flower bed preparation and planting), and snow/ice removal (including shoveling, snow blowing, deicer application, and emergency services) at the Davisburg Rest Area #908 located on NB I-75, Mile Marker 96 between Davisburg Rd and E. Holly Rd. The contract term is from October 31, 2026 to October 30, 2029, with two optional one-year renewals.
