The contractor will provide AV equipment (display technologies, audio systems, video systems, control and automation, collaboration and conferencing, accessories) and full lifecycle services (consulting, system design, project management, installation, integration, programming, configuration, testing, commissioning, training, knowledge transfer, support, maintenance, lifecycle upgrades and enhancements) for statewide deployment. The contractor must support a multi-OEM ecosystem, comply with DTMB standards, coordinate with DTMB for building access and network activation, and participate in a two-tier ordering process where awarded contractors bid on Tier-Two requests. The contractor must also provide a Quote Desk, meet defined timeframes for quoting, delivery, installation, warranty, and preventive maintenance, and submit standardized machine-readable reports for program oversight.
