To Be Bid: SBO Medicaid Cost Containment Work Group
The contractor will provide analytic support to SBO staff, including augmented analytic support related to budget and policy questions, assistance on questions tied to actuarial analysis and assumptions, and research and training related to current trends in program design and analysis. The contractor must be familiar with Federal and State Medicaid policy, expenditure and enrollment information, administration of Michigan's Medicaid program, the appropriations process in Michigan, and the ability to generate original analysis of Medicaid program caseload, expenditure, and utilization using the Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS). Deliverables may include developing project plans, identifying and analyzing relevant data, providing consultation and advisory services, supporting implementation, transferring knowledge, developing training programs, assisting with technical writing, facilitating strategic plans, and providing project documentation.
