The John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, located at 4646 John R. Street in Detroit, Michigan, is seeking to purchase services to facilitate the replacement of all parking garage doors at the North Red parking structure on the corner of E. Hanck St. and John R. St.
The contractor shall provide labor, tools and materials to replace all parking garage doors at the North Red parking structure, including procurement of (Qty. 4) ASI Model 109 Doors w/ shrouds, electrical low and high voltage installation, integrating door system controls with currently installed Traffic and Safety Access Control System lift barriers, and adjusting, testing, and programming of the door systems. Work shall be performed without disruption to Medical Center operations, one door at a time, within 60 days of the Notice to Proceed.
