Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. SFMTA-2025-48-LOC: Agreement for Computers and Equipment Leasing
The SFMTA is seeking qualified suppliers (Bidders) to provide offers (Bid) for the supply of new desktops, workstations, laptops and monitors with a three-year on site repair warranty. The equipment shall be supplied under a lease agreement that offers a 3-year lease period with a lease-to-own option with a fixed-price buyback as detailed in IFB Attachment D (Bid Sheet). The SFMTA at its sole, absolute discretion, shall have the option to extend the term of this contract for an additional six years for a total of nine years.
The SFMTA may award a Contract to the Bidder that meets the Minimum Qualifications (See IFB Section 6) of this Solicitation whose Bid is the Lowest Responsive Bid. Responsive Bids will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined herein. If applicable, the SFMTA’s Contract Compliance Office will assess Bid compliance with Local Business Enterprise (LBE) requirements and assign a Bid Discount to eligible Bids. The cost of shipment must be incorporated into the offered unit price.
The SFMTA encourages Bidders to attend a Virtual Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 1:00 PM PT. Bidders may register for the Pre-Bid Conference and submit questions following the instructions included in IFB Section 2.1. The SFMTA will address Bidders’ questions and will provide any new or additional information concerning the IFB at the Pre-Bid Conference.
