SEPTA will conduct a review to gain market insight with the goal of finalizing specifications for the SEPTA NHSL sinkhole remediation. This work will be conducted on SEPTA NHSL tracks near Lane Enterprises, an area known for karst topography with previous Limited Mobility Grouting work in 2022.

The contractor will drill and pump limited mobility grout to prevent further surface subsidence of the railroad tracks on the Norristown High Speed Line. Work includes surveying and laying out drill holes, drilling pipe into soil/rock and injecting grout material, movement monitoring of track and surrounding structures, protection of track from equipment damage, clean-up and restoration, and RWP training for untrained personnel.
