The awarded printer will receive a camera-ready digital PDF file from the Legislative Research Council and Code Counsel and must print and perfect-bind 74 copies of the Session Laws, estimated at 570-620 pages, using #1 Offset white 50# paper with at least 30% post-consumer content and black & white interior printing. The vendor must provide a final PDF proof for approval before printing, then deliver the finished books to the Legislative Research Council in Pierre within 30 days of receiving the camera-ready file. Late delivery is subject to a penalty of 1% of the contract value per day.
