The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division is seeking a contractor to provide helicopter maintenance services for its fleet of MD 500E, Bell 407, and Bell 412 EPX helicopters.
The contractor will provide scheduled 100-hour, 300-hour, annual and two-year regrease services for two MD 500E helicopters, 150-hour, 300-hour and annual inspections for a Bell 407, and 25-hour, 100-hour and annual inspections for a Bell 412 EPX at firm fixed prices including labor and parts, plus unscheduled repairs on a quoted basis using an hourly labor rate and parts discount. All services are to be performed per aircraft manufacturer service bulletins and maintenance instructions with records maintained per FAR 43.11, capable within 14 days of notification and completed within 5 days of delivery, with MD 500E and Bell 407 work at the contractor facility and Bell 412 EPX work at the Aeronautics Commission facility.
