Any award issued will be issued to, and the contract will be formed with,
the entity identified as the Offeror. The entity named as the offeror must be
a single and distinct legal entity.
The vendor shall provide a singular platform/dashboard to archive content from social media platforms (Instagram, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, The Knot, and additional platforms as available), capturing posts, comments, replies, images, videos, stories, reactions, metadata, deleted posts, edited posts, and tags. The system must support up to 20 concurrent users, full-text search, advanced filtering, PDF/CSV export, configurable retention schedules, legal holds, audit logs, immutable records, chain of custody, role-based permissions, encryption in transit and at rest, multifactor authentication, and disaster recovery. The vendor must deliver automated annual comprehensive reports in .csv and .html formats by the end of January each year, and establish relationships with emerging platforms within eight months of notification. Support must be available during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM), with at least one week's notice for scheduled maintenance.
