MUSC is seeking a cloud-based core management software solution for its core facilities. The solution must support service request management, scheduling, billing, reporting, user administration, institutional integration, and related operational, financial, and compliance needs. The solution must support approximately 15 to 20 core facilities at contract inception, be cloud-based and contractor-hosted within the continental United States, integrate fully with MUSC financial systems including Workday at go-live, and be implemented within nine months of contract execution. The contractor must migrate legacy data, provide role-based training, and deliver post-go-live support. The solution must support federated authentication via SAML 2.0 and/or OpenID Connect, enforce MUSC's multi-factor authentication policies, support SCIM 2.0, and disallow local contractor-issued credentials except for a documented break-glass account. The solution must also provide a documented REST API, support data retention for five to ten years, and maintain auditable records for compliance.
