The contractor is responsible for the meter base, wire, breakers, and other items required to run the service from the power company source to the meter base, from the meter base to the main panel (supplied by SCDNR), and from the main panel to the house. SCDNR will provide the main panel for the outdoor shed, overhead lights, ceiling fans, vanity lights, and the trench from the meter to the house. The contractor must supply any subpanels used in the house. Electrical quantities have been updated: Room 110 Kitchen – (10) Ten Standard Receptacles; Room 104 Master Bath – (3) Three receptacles; Room 105 Master Bedroom – (10) Ten receptacles; Room 106 Master Closet – (2) Two receptacles; Room 112 Lower Bath – (1) One receptacle. A disconnect for the HVAC unit is required. The building is not in a designated flood zone.
