The Work includes but is not limited to: demolition of existing storm drain, curb and gutter, driveway aprons, driveways, and trees; installation of storm drain pipes and structures; excavation and grading of an existing open drainage channel; adjustment and installation of water appurtenances, and relocation of water service lines and sanitary sewer service lines as needed; installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveway aprons, and driveways; milling and surfacing with associated restriping of traffic control markings; removal and replacement of fences; installation of sediment and erosion control devices; clearing and grubbing; restoration of disturbed areas; traffic control; as-built record drawings; and more as shown in the Drawings.
