Dogwood Park Renovations

The work includes demolition and preparation (remove and dispose of existing restroom fixtures, partitions, accessories, and damaged finishes; prepare existing concrete floors; protect adjacent spaces), flooring (100% solids epoxy flooring system with slip-resistant aggregate and chemical-resistant topcoat, integral cove base), walls and ceilings (patch and repair CMU block walls and ceilings; paint with moisture-mildew resistant coatings; seal penetrations), plumbing fixtures (furnish and install new commercial grade plumbing fixtures including toilets, urinals, lavatories, manual faucets; replace deteriorated supply lines, traps, exposed piping; remove mineral buildup; install new floor drain covers; ensure ADA compliance), toilet partitions (furnish and install new powder coated steel or baked enamel partition doors with 15-year warranty), electrical and lighting (furnish and install vandal-resistant commercial LED fixtures with minimum 4000k color temperature and occupancy sensors; replace damaged emergency lighting; provide GFCI protection), accessories (furnish and install mirrors, hand dryers, trash receptacles, baby changing stations), ventilation (replace existing exhaust fans), ADA compliance (adjust fixture heights, clearances, layouts; install grab bars), accessory structure (remove existing structure and rebuild to new specifications), and final cleaning and turnover. Alternate No One is a design-build accessory structure approximately 8'x12' with two floors, overall height of twenty feet, lower floor with lockable exterior personnel door, interior stairway, upper level with continuous viewing window facing the athletic field approximately 6 feet x 36 feet, designed for year-round occupancy, including electrical service, finished interior surfaces, foundations, anchoring, framing, roofing, siding, doors, windows, flashing, and weatherproofing.
