Replace three vertical up-flow gas-fired furnaces in a twin arrangement with DX-coils piped in parallel to operate as one, and the associated air cooled condensing units (Bryant models 569DPX090000A--, 597CNX048, 597CNX042-G) with new 12.5 SEER packaged units utilizing non-R22 refrigerants (e.g., R-410A or R-454B). Reuse existing electrical disconnects, ductwork, and thermostat wiring. All recovered refrigerant must be labeled and left on center for center's use.
